Terms of Service

This Agreement includes:

• These Terms of Service
• Any executed Order Form, custom agreement, or payment receipt
• Loki’s Privacy Policy

In case of a conflict, the terms of a signed Order Form or agreement shall prevail.

Loki provides a software-as-a-service platform that enables AI-powered agents to connect with your work tools to automate tasks and streamline workflows. The Product may include web interfaces, APIs, documentation, and support tools. Loki reserves the right to update or change the Product at any time.

Access to the Product is granted upon one-time purchase or as otherwise agreed in writing. Loki does not offer recurring subscriptions unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.

You are responsible for securing your credentials and maintaining the integrity of your account. Sharing access or reselling the Product without authorization is strictly prohibited.

All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• All sales are final and non-refundable.
• Refunds are granted only in exceptional cases at Loki’s sole discretion.
• To request a refund, contact help@itsloki.com with proof of payment and a valid reason.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. Loki’s decision on refund eligibility is final.

You must:

• Provide accurate registration and billing information.
• Keep your account credentials secure.
• Notify Loki of any unauthorized activity or breach.

You are solely responsible for any activity under your account.

You agree to use the Product only for lawful and authorized purposes. You may not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Upload or transmit harmful or malicious code.
• Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the Product.
• Infringe on intellectual property or other rights.
• Abuse, overload, or disrupt our infrastructure.

Loki may suspend or terminate access for any violation of this section.

All software, interfaces, logos, content, algorithms, and underlying technologies are the exclusive property of Loki or its licensors. Use of the Product does not grant you ownership or intellectual property rights.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Product for your internal business purposes, in accordance with these Terms.

You retain ownership of all content and data you submit or generate using the Product ("Customer Data"). Loki will access, store, and process your data only to:

• Deliver and improve the Product.
• Comply with legal obligations.
• Fulfill technical operations or support.

Third-Party Integrations

If you choose to connect the Product with third-party services (e.g., Google APIs):

• Data will be shared only with your authorization (e.g., via OAuth).
• We maintain strict data protection agreements with these providers.
• Your data is never used to train any AI model.

Use of third-party services must comply with their policies, including Google’s Limited Use Policy, where applicable.

You are responsible for ensuring you have the appropriate rights and permissions to use any data with the Product.

You may stop using the Product at any time. Loki may suspend or terminate access immediately if:

• You breach these Terms.
• You engage in fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
• Required by law or security concerns.

Upon termination, your right to use the Product ceases, and Loki may delete associated data, unless otherwise required by law or agreement.

THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOKI DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION.

You use the Product at your own risk.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LOKI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES.

LOKI’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO LOKI IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

Loki may update these Terms from time to time. We will try to inform you about significant changes as soon as reasonably possible.
